in article number , qiliang huang, qiang bian, lidong cao, and co-workers designed sprayable short-fiber carriers were employed for agrochemical delivery. upon application, these fibers easily embedded into the microstructure of the hydrophobic wax layer of the leaves. the excellent micromechanical response markedly improved retention after rainwashing and enhanced antifungal efficacy in plant protection. the carriers significantly minimized agrochemical losses during application.
